Bill has been President of Owens Financial
Group since 1996. He joined Owens Financial Group in 1979 after
working in construction
and real estate development. He graduated from Westmont
College in 1973. Bill has also been a managing member of numerous
real estate ventures, which have developed and/or acquired property.

Bill is in charge of loan production. As the head underwriter of
the loan production department, he is involved in nearly every
deal. In addition to these duties, he has been involved in property
management and development for the company. He joined Owens Financial
in 1986 after graduating from California State University, Hayward.
He has been a member of Owens Financial's Board of Directors since
1995.

Andrew Navone

Andy has been with Owens Financial since 1985. He has been involved
in all aspects of loan production and investor relations. He has
been a partner since 1990 and a member of the loan committee and
Board of Directors since 1996. Prior to joining Owens Financial
he was employed with Home Federal Savings and Loan as an appraiser.

Bryan Draper

Bryan joined Owens Financial in December 1987. He is responsible
for all accounting, finance and tax matters at Owens Financial.
He graduated with a BS in Agricultural Economics from the University
of California at Davis and earned an MBA from the University
of Southern California. Bryan is also a Certified Public Accountant.
He has been a member of Owens Financial's Board of Directors since
1995.

Peter Maclennan

Peter joined Owens Financial Group in 2007 to develop new broker relationships and create new opportunities for existing clients from the Northern California office. Peter’s prior experience includes administration for an international non-profit organization and financial analysis for a wealth management firm. Peter completed undergraduate studies at The Master’s College earning a BS in Finance.

Mark McLaren

Mark joined Owens Financial in 2004 as Regional Manager of our San
Diego office, serving San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Imperial
Counties. His background includes over 30 years experience as
a real estate developer, investor, and lender in Southern California
and Texas. Mark graduated with a BA in Economics from San Diego
State University, and is an avid tennis player.
